Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Jigsaw AI (“Jigsaw AI,” “we,” “us,” or the “operator”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Jigsaw AI iOS app, its services, or the Website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app, services, or Website.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed and is incorporated into these Terms.

2. The service and Apple license

For these Terms, “Jigsaw AI,” “App,” and “Service” mean the Jigsaw AI iOS application and its features. “Website” means the App Store companion website at puzzlejigsawai.com and its support and legal pages. “Generated Output” means artwork returned by the AI creation feature.

Jigsaw AI is a mobile puzzle app that lets you describe an idea, choose a visual style, generate an image through cloud AI, and turn the result into a jigsaw puzzle. Some features are free, while optional Puzzle Pro features may be offered through a weekly or monthly subscription.

Features, availability, prices, and limits may change by plan, region, device, or app version. The information shown in the App when you use or purchase a feature controls.

Jigsaw AI is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, the operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s applicable usage rules and any other third-party terms.

These Terms are between you and Jigsaw AI, not Apple. Jigsaw AI is responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, and related claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as permitted by Apple’s rules.

To the extent Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to your download or use of the app, these Terms supplement that agreement. If there is a conflict, Apple’s terms control only to the extent required by Apple’s rules or applicable law.

You may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. You must also follow the rules that apply to your device, operating system, App Store account, and other services you use with Jigsaw AI.

3. Age Restriction

Jigsaw AI has an age restriction and is not intended for users under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use or access the App or Website at any time or in any manner.

By using the App or Website, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age or consent requirement that applies where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and permit your use where required by law.

The current App does not independently verify age or obtain parental consent. Do not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law or a restriction that applies to you.

4. Access and account

Jigsaw AI does not require a traditional username, password, or email sign-up. The App may create a pseudonymous account to support cloud features, puzzle history, and paid access.

You are responsible for access to your device and for activity associated with your use of the App. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or cloud records. To request deletion of account-linked data, use Delete Account in Settings as described in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete account data or cancel a subscription.

5. Acceptable use

Use Jigsaw AI only for lawful and respectful purposes that comply with these Terms. AI creation requests may be checked by automated safety systems. A request that passes a check may still produce no output or an output that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or unavailable. We may review, block, remove, or limit content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

• Do not request or create illegal content, content that exploits or endangers minors, or content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, violence, harassment, hate, or serious harm.
• Do not request or create sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, extreme gore, torture, mutilation, or animal abuse.
• Do not submit content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights. Do not use another person’s likeness without the consent and rights your use requires.
• Do not submit passwords, payment details, health or financial information, biometric data, or other personal, sensitive, or confidential information.
• Do not use generated content to deceive, impersonate, harass, defame, exploit, or harm another person or organization, or to make high-impact decisions about a person.
• Do not facilitate fraud, scams, spam, gambling, weapons, illegal or regulated goods, criminal activity, or malicious cyber activity.
• Do not bypass safety, security, access, purchase, or usage controls; scrape, disrupt, overload, or automate the Service beyond normal app use; or evade a suspension or ban.
• Do not use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, trade controls, sanctions, or the rules that apply to a feature.

6. Your content

You keep the rights you already have in prompts and other material you submit. You give the operator and the independent services used for the feature a limited permission to process, store, transmit, and adapt that material only as needed to provide and protect the Service, prevent misuse, and comply with law.

We do not claim ownership of your submitted material, and Jigsaw AI does not use your prompts, generated images, or session records to train or improve AI models owned by the operator. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and retained.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your material. You are responsible for what you submit and must not share information you are not legally allowed to use.

7. Generated output

Generated Output is provided for creative use. To the extent permitted by law, you may use it for lawful personal or commercial purposes, and the operator assigns to you any rights it may have in that output. This does not transfer third-party rights or override restrictions imposed by law or an independent service.

We do not guarantee that Generated Output is original, unique, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party rights. AI output may not qualify for copyright or other exclusive protection in every jurisdiction, and similar output may be generated for other users. Review output before publishing, selling, sharing, or relying on it and obtain any permissions that your use requires.

Generated images may resemble real people, places, brands, or events without verification. You are responsible for lawful use of the output and for any AI disclosure required by law or a platform where you publish it.

8. AI disclaimer

AI output is probabilistic and may be blocked, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, unexpected, unsafe, or biased.

Jigsaw AI is a creative tool, not a source of factual truth or professional advice. Review every result before using or publishing it, and do not rely on it for important personal, commercial, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.

9. Third-party services and privacy

Jigsaw AI relies on Apple and other independent services for App Store delivery, payments, subscriptions, advertising, cloud infrastructure, AI generation, safety checks, storage, diagnostics, and website delivery.

Third-party links, services, and advertisements may have their own terms and privacy policies, and may process information in other countries. The services used may change as Jigsaw AI develops. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of services involved and the information they may process.

We are responsible for Jigsaw AI itself, but we do not control the availability, content, advertisements, or practices of independent services. When you use a feature that depends on one of them, the rules that apply to that feature also apply.

10. Subscriptions and availability

Features, styles, piece counts, AI creation access, ads, and other parts of the Service may vary by app version, plan, region, or device. Some free features may have usage limits, which are shown in the App and may change prospectively.

The App shows a rewarded ad before eligible free AI creation requests. Ad availability and privacy choices depend on your region, consent, and device settings. Completing an ad does not guarantee that a request will pass safety checks or produce an image.

Jigsaw AI may offer optional weekly or monthly Puzzle Pro subscriptions. The App and Apple show the included features, price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer before purchase. The information shown at checkout controls the purchase.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled through your Apple Account under Apple’s applicable terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App or account does not cancel a subscription.

Free and paid features are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular response time, or a particular output quality, and we may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, safety, legal, or product reasons. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual property

The Jigsaw AI name, logo, App, Website, software, design, and original content belong to or are licensed to the operator. Except for the limited license to use the App, these Terms do not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them.

Third-party names, software, services, and content belong to their respective owners. Your prompts and Generated Output are addressed in Sections 6 and 7. We may use feedback or suggestions you send us to operate and improve Jigsaw AI without payment or attribution.

12. Suspension and termination

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, limit or suspend access, or take other lawful action when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, enforce these Terms, address security risks, prevent misuse, or comply with law.

You may stop using Jigsaw AI at any time. Use Delete Account in Settings to request deletion of account-linked data as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users or the Service. Provisions that should continue by their nature, including intellectual property, indemnity, governing law, and dispute terms, survive termination.

13. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to (a) material you submit, (b) your use or distribution of generated output, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of another person’s rights or applicable law. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law and does not require you to indemnify a party for that party’s own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Jigsaw AI must be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or requires a different forum.

This section does not waive mandatory consumer protections or remedies available under the laws where you live. If you are a consumer, you may use any consumer arbitration committee, consumer court, small-claims procedure, regulator, or other forum that applicable law makes available or requires, despite the venue sentence above.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Jigsaw AI, its features, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.

Your continued use of Jigsaw AI after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes, unless applicable law requires a different form of acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, notices expressly incorporated into them, and any applicable Apple license terms form the entire agreement between you and the operator about the Service and replace prior discussions or statements about the same subject. If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

16. Information, contact, and rights complaints

Use the support email below for questions about these Terms, account-linked cloud records, deletion requests, or copyright and other rights complaints.

For a copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights complaint, identify the protected work or right, the material you believe is unlawful or infringing, its location in the Service if known, your contact information, the basis for your request, and any authority you have to act for the rights holder. For a copyright complaint, also include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized and a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that your notice is accurate, followed by your physical or electronic signature. We may request more information, forward the notice where lawful, restrict material, and act against knowingly false or abusive notices.

We aim to acknowledge support and rights requests within 10 business days, but this is not a guaranteed resolution time.
